First and foremost a Big Thank you to Dr. Shilpi Gupta.

It was a very nice experience and the best treatment satisfaction. I was on a short trip to India and looking for the dentist to ensure my proper treatment on time. I was fortunate to visit the Dr. Shilpi's Clinic. She just not clearly explained my tooth condition but also suggested the best approach considering my travel schedule, it includes - diagnosis, nature, risks & seriousness of the treatment and other treatment options. She explained so well, it just took few mins for me to decide for the treatment at her clinic.

I had few visits to her clinic as scheduled, I was very happy with the progress and relief. I got my RCT on time. As a next steps, Dr. suggested to wait for few months before I go for Crown treatment.

Later when I arrived back to Montreal(Canada), visited the dentist for dental check -up and crown. The dentist was very impressed with the work done in India. After taking X-Rays, he observed the perfect treatment and absolute recovery. He appreciated her work and literally said 'It is EXCELLENT' for the Re-do RCT done by Dr. Shilpi.

Just to mention the same Dentist (in Montreal) earlier (before the re-do RCT) had denied for the Crown. But this time, he immediately said a big 'yes' for the crown. Once again I felt happy and proud for the treatment and services of Dr. Madam.

I really appreciate and strongly recommend Dr. Shilpi Gupta.

I totally recommend Dr. Shilpi for Root canal treatment(RCT) as I have been one of her patients for the following reason.

1) Because of her Treatment that I received(Dec 2015).

If you are one of those who went through RCT would know that that how hard it is. In my case things got extremely complicated as my RCT was already opened once ,it was a reopening of a already reopened RCT , and the chances were very slim( around 20%) ,but her dexterous hands did the magic.

2) Explanation of each and every step of the treatment.

I am one of those guys who like to google and to question the doctor ,and she convinced me quite well. She always explained the next step and then proceeded.

3)Friendliness

During any treatment you can get nervous ,and you might find the need of a friend,and there's our doctor for the rescue . Visit to the dentist seem liked visit to a friend for some work.

4) Follow Up

My treatment was done in 2015 but still I get messages in about 6 months about how I am doing ,how is the RCT holding up .

Even though I have been visiting hospitals and doctors almost every month, however, I always had a sense of fear when it comes to dental structure. I walked into the clinic with the same feeling but doctor’s friendliness approach, detailed explanation helped me overcome the anxiety. A super clean hand mixed with latest tech and equipments made the entire process seamless. No pain, no discomfort at all, may be coz I followed her advice bit more than actually I normally do :-). Overall I am very happy even though last sitting is still pending but am sure it will be as easy as blinking eyes.

I love this place, it's like therapy for me! After dismal experiences at recent times, I dreaded going to dentist. The team here put me at ease and I have had 4 treatments in the past 2 months. Since long time my front tooth was pale and I thought it had to be extracted. But dear doctor put life in almost dead tooth and bang it is back to life. A brilliant experience, I reccommend the place to everyone, a great place to feel at ease!The wait time could be little better but it’s it’s understood as it justifies the thoroughness of entire treatment.h

I visited her to consult my mothers tooth ache. Prognosis was the the tooth needed to be extracted. We were suggested that a consulting dentist from AIIMs will be visiting and would be be better qualified for the job. We accepted the suggestion and came to see the the dentist today, 19.8.20. He didn't bother asking for the problem or any symptoms and straightaway went to give an anaesthetic. Since my mother had a tooth extracted 2 weeks back from a different doctor, we didnt think much of it. However after 2 mins of administration of the I.jection, my mother couldn't speak, or move, she was feeling uneasy, dizziness, and weakness. While she was in this state and I was totally narrowed, the dentist was humming a song. After around 20mins I took my mum back home *** ***** *** ** **** **** ** ****** **** *** **** ******* ** ** ******** ******* ** ********* ********* **** *** ******** * ********** ********* *** ****** ** ******* **********, he was treating a 63 yr old woman complaining of so many problems after administering anaesthesia **** ******** ******** While I was horrified my first reaction was to.ensure that my mother is safe and only later did the anger boil up. To which Dr Shilpi was totally casual. NOT going back there again.

My tooth was chipped and the filling was bit tricky as it was the side of the tooth. My previous dentist tried couple of times but it came out each time and finally dentist suggested for a cap. I was not comfortable in a cap and went to Dr Shilpi after recommendation from a friend.

After examine Dr Shilpi suggested and used some different kind of solution and it’s now over six months the side filling is still intact with no issues. Dr Shilpi got a very balanced and experienced hand and highly recommends her.

I got to know about Dr. Shilpi from a friend who went for the fitting of braces to her clinic. I was having pain in my gum tooth for 2 days. My friend recommended Dr. Shilpi based from her past experience. I must say that she is a very experienced doctor.

I went to the Basil clinic and told my problem to Dr. Shilpi. She listened to it very calmly and suggested to me the needed treatment. I was skeptical about having dental filling but she explained the procedure and its pros very nicely. Her friendly nature helped me to go through the procedure very patiently.

My overall experience was really good. I would recommend her highly.

I tried and delayed treatment till I reached a stage where I could no longer avoid a visit to the dentist. At this point, my wife and I, after extensive research, decided to visit her. When I first met her, I had to get 3 root canals, 2 restorations and 1 extraction. Meeting her for the first time alleviated my anxiety because she was extremely calm, patient and reassuring. There was no looking back after the first appointment - She and her team is extremely skilful and with each visit my fear diminished. This time I did not abandon the treatment and completed all the procedures. The treatment had a very good effect on my overall health and wellbeing.

My molar (RCTied) got broken and i thought of vising my dentist (in different city) but couldn't wait for 8-9 days. Decided to go to Dr. Shilpi after researching on Practo. Although rating were good but I was still hesitant and scared due to my previous experiences with few other dentists. She examined and suggested the extraction. Due to complexity of the issues, it turned out to be a little operation, got 3 stitches. It was all fine and was called 2-3 days later. I recovered well and did not even realised when stitches were removed. She only charged once and did not take any fee on 2nd sitting. Overall experience was good and I can visit her in future.
